filthy
filthy: VERY dirty. With a kindergarten class, each day is teeming with opportunities to use this word. "Don't touch me, please. Your hands are...?" Or in conjunction with yesterdays word: "Are your tables spotless or filthy?"

spotless
spotless: VERY clean. Before and/or after I erase the whiteboard, "Is the board spotless?" After they wash their hands I encourage them to say "My hands are spotless."

terrible
terrible: VERY bad. When they are supposed to be reading loudly and they mumble I say, "That was terrible. Please read it again." When we do team reading or practice role-plays I ask, "Was that amazing or terrible?" Other grammar patterns used: "Teacher John, you are terrible!" "You are Teacher Terrible." Very clever.

amazing
amazing: VERY good. Easy to use when students give great answers. Other contexts: "Teacher Wendy, your hair looks amazing today."
